Exchange Request

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Jewelry should be unworn and free from any damage or alterations.

1.3 Non-Exchangeable Items

2. How to Request an Exchange

  • Preferred replacement item(s) (if applicable)

2.2 Exchange Authorization
Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with instructions for returning the item. Please wait for exchange authorization before sending your item back to us.

3. Return Instructions

You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our part or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
